Spent Easter weekend in a hotel with an amazing view of the mountains and lakes. the location was perfect for our stay, walking distance from shops and restaurants to make exploring easy. the staff was extremely accommodating, offering us an early check, in, ensuring our stay went smoothly. the great deal helped us enjoy a luxury hotel at a budget, friendly price.

Not all of our experiences were as positive. the hotel was not very organized, and we had to wait for what seemed like hours upon check, in.

The hotel is conveniently located near a popular attraction and has easy access to transportation. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff is attentive and helpful and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. the hotel has a gym and swimming pool available to use.

The hotel seems to have had some issues with customer service as some guests reported feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. They ensured that my needs were met and made sure that I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

Celebrated the new year at a hotel and it was amazing! Loved the amenities offered like the pool and spa that just made the entire stay more comfortable. The hotel was located in a prime spot near various shops and attractions which made it easy to explore the area. Another great advantage was the shuttle service provided which saved us a lot of money on transportation.

We did have a little bit of trouble during check-in when we arrived earlier than expected. The room wasn’t ready yet and we were asked to leave and come back at the designated check-in time.
